Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you. You can check on the status of your shipment by using the tracking number in the confirmation email at the carrier's site.


If you have an account:

You can also view the status of your order and its tracking information by visiting your Orders page and clicking the VIEW button on the order that you wish to check on. From here, you can see your tracking information and order details.


If you are a guest:

You can still view the status of your order if you do not have an account by visiting the Order Status page.
